In an event to build spirit and community within the Saint John Vianney community, the annual Walk-A-Thon will take place May 16th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the football field and track behind the school.
Walk-a-Thon is not just about walking, it is also comprises games, contests, music, entertainment, and fun with friends. All of the pledges raised from this event will go right back into the school. Whether it is for the Arts department or the Athletic department, the money will directly benefit the students of SJV.
All students are invited to attend and raise as much money as they can. Pledges have different levels, and within each level there are special rewards. Walk-A-Thon has a promo video on YouTube for anyone that is interested in seeing exactly what happens throughout this event. Walk-A-Thon is a dress down day for all participants, but all students must follow the dress code.
Walk-A-Thon is here to raise money for the school in a fun filled, entertaining way for all to participate in.
