Q102’s 2013 Jingle Ball

December 4, 2013 kicked off the annual Q102 Jingle Ball. This festive concert took place at Wells Fargo Center in Philly. Elvis Duran and his team announced each artist who was performing and gave away coveted prizes like back stage passes and meet and greets.

This year’s Jingle Ball’s lineup was the following:

Fifth Harmony
Avril Lavigne
Icona Pop
Austin Mahone
Robin Thicke
Fall Out Boy
Flo Rida
Jason Derulo
Paramore
Pitbull

Each artist went on for 20 minutes and performed their number one hits and also the hits that made them famous. Flo Rida, Paramore, Robin Thicke and Fall Out Boy gave away items like t-shirts, guitar picks, towels and sun glasses while they were on stage. Flo Rida took it to another level on the way he interacted with the crowd by going into the stands and high fiving each fan while he sang.

The upcoming artist Austin Mahone caught many of his “mahonmies” hearts by singing his four number one hits Say Somethin’, Say You’re Just a Friend, What About Love and Banga Banga. Fifth Harmony was created on 2012’s X Factor by Simon Cowell and they sang both of their number one hits Miss Movin’ On and Me & My Girls. Icona Pop made the crowd scream as they sang their upbeat song I Don’t Care (I Love It) and their new hit single All Night. Jason Derulo took his on stage performance to a creative side by showing off his talent with dancing. Besides singing, Derulo had a choreographed dance break with his back up dancers. Avril Lavigne has been around for a long time and it is no surprised that she started off her performance with old classics like Girlfriend and Sk8tr Boi.
