Fall is back and so are its trends. It’s time again for cozy sweaters, boots and leggings, but if you are looking to up your messy buns and yoga pants here are a few new ideas to keep your closet in style.

  • Dresses- This fall many designers will be creating “A-line” skirts. Don’t worry, Peter Pan collars will still be featured in these designs.
  • Fabric- Wool knits, fuzzy, cozy and warm. Stylelist.com says “they are meant to be worn from head-to-toe.”
  • Jackets- Designers are calling the style a ‘70s Collar. These jackets have flattened collars and large pockets. They even come in wool knits, if you want to combine trends
  • Print- This season is tying summer colors and designs into the fall. Try “Trippy Psychedelic” like swirls, geometric shapes, and color splotches.
  • Pants- Slouchy, comfy, wide, how could you not want a pair of these pants? Yes, they seem like they would only be for casualwear, but these are definitely dressy too.
  • Evening- Thigh slits are so in right now. Not only are they in formal gowns, but designers are also bringing them to skirts and everyday dresses.

If you are not into any of these new trends you can always stick to the classics. Comfy sweaters are always a must, and boots will always look cute and keep you warm.
