On Friday Saint John Vianney dominated Notre Dame Irish from Lawrenceville by a whopping 31 points in a final score of 41-10. Players Abdul Turay, Adam Urs, and Zach LaBarca scored their touchdowns. Friday was a day that went down in history for Turay. He reached the 2,000-yard rushing mark. As a sophomore that is a very difficult thing to do. That performance was a great boost into the next game where the Lancers take on the Caseys of Red Bank Catholic. This game is a highly anticipated game. Both teams match up very well and it will most likely come down to the wire. The key matchups to look for are running back Abdul Turay and running back Jamie Gutridge, and the quarterback duel between Zach LaBarca and Frankie Williams. Friday at 7 p.m. make sure to be in attendance to see a game that will go down in history.
