The Boys’ Varsity Volleyball team delivered a commanding performance on Wednesday afternoon, defeating Wall High School with a dominant 25-11 finish on their home court.
From the first serve, the Lancers made it clear they came to win. The team jumped out to a strong lead early in the first set and maintained control throughout the match, showing poise, confidence, and excellent coordination. Their aggressive serves, tight defense, and well-executed plays left little room for Wall to recover.
Head Coach Gad was optimistic heading into the game, stating in a pre-match interview, “I’m confident in this team, they’ve been working hard.” Her confidence was well-placed, as the team delivered one of their most dominant performances of the season so far.
Several standout players helped lead the charge. Isaiah Boone led the team with their first kill. Along with Peter Gioachinni, who had a lot of good plays ending with some more kills adding to their lead against the wall. The team’s energy on the court and strong communication contributed to their success.
Beyond just adding another win to their record, this game served as a statement. The Lancers are building momentum and showing they’re a force to be reckoned with this season. With a tough schedule ahead, the team is focused, hungry, and more determined than ever.
