Christmas is upon us! The countdown has officially started ever since we entered Advent on Sunday, December 1st. Christmas is truly the most wonderful time of the year! A very common Christmas tradition is to make cookies with the family, specifically sugar cookies. While delicious, they can get boring. Hot cocoa is a fan-favorite drink to have with cookies during the holiday season, but have you ever tried a hot cocoa cookie? This is a dark chocolate cookie with a soft buttercream frosting whipped with hot cocoa packets (or homemade cocoa if you’re feeling fancy) and topped with marshmallows. This sweet treat is perfect for people who love hot cocoa and soft cookies!

Chocolate chip cookies are the most iconic and most loved cookie. But if you want to spruce up your traditional and basic chocolate chip cookies, add red and green M&M’s with crushed pretzels for a sweet, but also salty cookie. This cookie will be soft but complete with the pretzel crunch. These will leave your guests coming back for seconds and even thirds!
