Just as the school year begins, Saint John Vianney received an awakening that no one expected. On September 10, 2014 a hilarious video was viewed by most of the school showing many current and former students and teachers dancing and lip syncing to the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams.

Uploaded only a few days ago by the Saint John Vianney High School YouTube channel, the views has already hit over 1000. Even though the video was shot in the last few months of last year, most SJV students did not know a video was being made. Many people who were included in it either graduated, or kept it a secret.

Once the video was released, it was the talk of the school. It seemed as if each computer screen in SJV played the video at least once, and students filled Twitter feeds with positive remarks and comments about the video. The video was certainly an amusing surprise start to the year that hopefully is filled with more surprises.
