Meet your New Freshmen Class Officers

Every year YOU the students of SJV pick who YOU want to organize your special events. This year the class of 2017 has chosen Megan Murphy, Tyrique Hall, Alexander Romero, and Katie DiFrancesco for Class president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.

Meet your CLASS PRESIDENT- Megan Murphy

Megan is so excited to be your class president. “My brother Matthew Murphy is a senior here, and I couldn’t be happier to be following in his footsteps!” she says. Megan is on the JV cheerleading team, part of Key Club and More than Special club. “I really hope to get involved in as much as possible.  I love that there are so many opportunities here to satisfy all diverse interests.” Murphy says. “I have already made such good friends and the teachers are nothing but supportive and encouraging. I am so happy to be part of the SJV family.”

Meet your VICE-PRESIDENT – Katie DiFrancesco

Katie plays girls’ soccer and is going out for track in the spring. She has joined the More than Special Club and is still looking out for another club that will interest her. “I love being a leader for others and I’m very excited to lead this freshman class to a great year. I love being a part of the SJV family and I’m excited for the next four years to come.”

Meet your CLASS SECRETARY –Tyrique Hall

Tyrique is on the freshman football team. “Later on in the year I will be going out for winter and spring Track and field.” Outside of school he likes to hang-out with friends and play sports. “I’m looking forward to having a great year!”

Meet your CLASS TREASURER- Alexander Romero

“I am excited for this year with all of you!” Alex is planning on trying out for basketball at Saint John Vianney this fall. “My sister, Gabriella Romero goes here as well. The thing I love about SJV the most is the family atmosphere and the supportive teachers! I am very happy to be here.”
